Charlotte Gardner

Charlotte Gardner followed her family to Vermont upon graduation from Cornell University. She began her Vermont real estate career in Lamoille County in 1969, selling condominiums at ski areas, farmhouses across Northern Vermont, and investment properties including a large motel and restaurant. She expanded her real estate knowledge by serving as the chief residential real estate appraiser for the Chittenden Trust Company in the mid-70s. In 1983, Charlotte and her husband, Brad, established Gardner and Gardner Realtors. After 30+ years as Gardner and Gardner Realtors, The Gardner Group merged with RE/MAX North Professionals.
