Charlotte Mabry

Charlotte serves the team by coaching and training their agents and by giving direction to the team business plan. After more than 30 years in real estate sales, Charlotte uses her experience to give sellers and buyers the best advice in the home sale process. After a 6-year career as a music teacher in the public school system, Charlotte began serving real estate clients in 1986. Charlotte holds the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute) designations as well as the CSP (Certified Sales Professional) designation for the National Home Builders Association. Charlotte was voted “Most Professional” by her peers and has sales in excess of half a billion dollars in the Chattanooga and North Georgia area. Charlotte is married to Steve Mabry, and they have one son, Stephen whose 3 children make “Mimi and Papa” very proud.
