Charlsie found me the perfect house, matching exactly what I was looking for in a very competitive market for buyers. She negotiated the sales price and even got the sellers to agree to a lower price. All through the process she assured me- a very nervous buyer- that all would be well. I was so impressed with Charlsie work ethic! I had a tough situation with a house that I thought wouldn't be able to sell. Charlsie was an absolute pleasure to work with. As a buyer I never felt more relaxed during the entire process. She was there 24/7 when ever I needed her. I have dealt with many realtors in the past, and I can confidently say she stands out amongst the lot of them. She’s genuine , smart , quick to action , and really fights for her clients. Nothing but a great experience , I’m glad to have met her. Also I moved to a new state so she went above and beyond to locate me properly and find my “perfect home”. Takes a lot of patience to deal with all the questions That would come from an out of state buyer.
