Absolutely wonderful experience working with Charmaine as our Realtor. She was so motivated and always willing to answer our questions from the time she got my FB message that I needed her help to get our house sold. We reside in Idaho and our home in Oak Harbor had been rented since we left. So we had no idea what kind of work the house needed to get it ready for the Market. She quickly and efficient took care of everything and went beyond and above from getting a company out to the house to load all the junk away and then cleaned it and tried to get the hot tub running, even had a tree cut down that was blocking the front of the house. What a difference that made. She had the house ready to list in less than a week and we had it under under contract within the first week it was listed. When the home inspection hit us with a lot, she quickly got contractors to inspect and get us estimates. All the repairs were taken care of before closing all thanks to Charmaine. She was there every step of the way with recommendations, suggestions and answering questions. Thanks Charmaine, You Rock for a Marine (from a Navy Chief LOL) that is!!!!

Charmaine Eggett’s integrity and professionalism clearly show in working with her clients. She is only concerned with them achieving their real estate goals and having a good experience. Her long military career adds to her understanding the needs of relocating military members. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the area.
