Charmaine Gulotta is from London, England, and has also lived in the Netherlands, Italy--where she picked up the language--and now New York. She earned her Associates’ Degree from the London College of Business, and since then has worked in a wide range of industries and positions. She has worked as a lifestyle manager, vacation consultant, tourism specialist and staging expert, as well as a property manager. Her most recent position in property management gives her a substantial background in the real estate industry. In addition, her other positions have contributed to her knowledge of design, regional understanding of the city, and perception of typical client needs: all helpful skills in assisting a client with the buying or selling of a home.
Charmaine’s past and current clients commend her on her attention to detail, her integrity, and her positive and cooperative mindset. Charmaine fully believes that the business of buying and selling is the most lucrative to enter, and the opportunities for profit are endless. She prides herself on relationship building, and is still in contact with her clients from her tourism and hospitality days. In addition to frequent group exercise and volunteering activities, Charmaine enjoys music and dancing, spending time with her two pomeranians and family.
