Charmaine is a dedicated and patient real estate professional who places great emphasis on honesty and attention to detail. Charmaine's decision to join a highly respected real estate company with strong agent support and a reputation for excellence reflects her dedication to providing the best service possible. She made Port St. Lucie her home in 2006 after relocating from Broward County. While initially commuting to her full-time analyst job in Broward County, Charmaine continued to work part-time in real estate. In 2010, she fully immersed herself in her real estate career in Port St. Lucie.

In addition to her real estate work, Charmaine is actively involved in her community. She serves as a Director of the Ira & Catherine Mardner Foundation, which supports primary and high school students through scholarships, school fee payments, and the provision of books and school supplies. The foundation also sponsors a breakfast and mentorship program for students and participates in book drives and collections for elderly homes in the Caribbean.

Charmaine is a Certified Post Partum Doula, providing valuable support to new moms during the birth and care of their babies. She also collaborates with other volunteers to collect and donate essential products and items to single moms who may struggle to acquire necessities for their newborns. Additionally, Charmaine is a certified swimming instructor, further contributing to her community's well-being.
