How can I explain Charmin, other than saying, she is the realtor you want on YOUR SIDE!! I have never met someone as kind, understanding, and knowledgeable as Charmin. As a first time homebuyer, I had so many questions, and she answered every single one of them at the drop of a hat, in a manner that I could understand. She got me in for house showings every single time (and in the timeframe) I requested them. She made her schedule fit around my schedule no matter what time I needed. She made herself available for contact at all hours of the day, including taking my phone calls when I know she was busy with her own personal matters. The current market from the buyers end is tough, and when I wanted to give up, she always had words of encouragement, and we found the perfect house that fit my vision! I am so very thankful to have met Charmin and to have gotten the chance to work with her!! 1000% would recommend!

Sherman has been my realtor for several years she always does an excellent job is on top of everything and she always make sure that you have everything done you need to do. As a person she is honest hard-working and kind anyone should be tickled to have her as a realtor.

You won't find a better realtor in our area. Charmin is the best. She found us exactly the type of house we needed at the price we wanted. She tells you as it is and gets it done quickly and efficiently. She is very good at responding to texts and we always got quick answers. She is still helping us a month after we moved in with contractors. If you want the best and above and beyond you wont be disappointed with Charmin.

We cannot say enough good things about Charmin. This is the second time we have worked with her. The first time she sold a house in a couple of months when another agent could not get any showings in 6 months time. This time she helped us buying a house. Charmin always has her client's best interest in mind. She is honest, very knowledgeable about the housing market and completely up front in the way she deals with her clients. She is also very personable and down to earth. Her recommendations helped get our closing done on time. We feel very lucky to have found her and will not hesitate to call her again in the future.

Charmin has been wonderful! We worked together for about a month and she was very patient traveling all over until we settled on an area. She would point out faults in the homes we walked through and pointed out upgrades we would not have noticed ourselves. I highly recommend Charmin as your new realtor. She was very patient through months of house hunting. When we walked through houses, she pointed out things that, as a home buyer, I needed to see or think about. She was also very helpful in providing professional referrals who were friendly and honest. She made the whole process easy. She wasn't just pushing to sell me a house, she was helping me pick out a home.

Charmin Patterson is one in a million! She really listens and she helped us find what we needed in a house for our family. She was with us every step of the way. She set us up with an amazing home inspection company. The inspector conducted a very through inspection of the house and even took pictures of anything that was not up to code. Charmin was available anytime I needed her including weekends. She went above and beyond what she needed to do including reassuring me that everything was going to be fine. I felt she was on our side and was really looking out for our best interest. Charmin even stayed with us at the signing. I would highly recommend Charmin to anyone buying or selling a house.

I listed a home with Charmin in 2014. I had previously listed the property in 2013 with a different realtor with no success. Charmin discussed similar sales in the area and described how she arrived at the listing price. She walked me through the entire process, including what to expect at closing. Charmin provided me what if scenarios so I would have an estimate of what I would actually clear based on different purchase prices. The house was shown more in the first 2 weeks of the listing than the previous realty showed in 6 months. When an offer was accepted, Charmin provided me with companies to handle all of the inspections and testing necessary. Charmin is a very nice lady, she always answers her phone and if she is in a meeting or busy with another client she always responds within an hour of trying to contact her. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to value of home and what would make the home desirable to someone else. She put our property under contract in less than 30 days and got full asking price. She is very good about finding good deals on Real Estate . If you have any questions she is more than willing to answer them for you. We really liked her because when we made an offer on a property it was late in the evening and she was the only one left in the office. She works around your schedule and not a 9 - 5 schedule like so many other real estates do. I met Charmin in 2009 when I relocated back to Columbus. We spent a year looking for a home, and then I moved again... I moved back to Columbus in 2012. I spoke to another realtor in town I stumbled across. I kept thinking about how I missed Charmin, her work ethic, constant communication, and spirit - she distinguishes herself in her profession. I felt terrible about not being able to close in the past due to the work she put in (her work ethic is honestly second to none), so I sent an email to see if she wanted to assist. In the two months that followed we must have looked at 40 houses (I am incredibly picky), and we made over 6 offers. She represented me and my interests fully, she fought for our family at the table and with issues that surfaced, and we finally closed on a great home. I stay in touch with Charmin to this day... she's a lifelong friend and we just absolutely love her.
