Since 1989 I have been full time realtor enjoying meeting new people and offering my service to sell their house and assist them in buying a new home.
I am one of the few realtors with CRS certification which stands for Certified Residential Specialist. The CRS designation is obtained when a realtor has met highest standards of selling and listing properties.

If you want an agent that will tell you what you need to know and not what you want to hear Charolette is the agent for you. Very factual and to the point. I have had bought and sold several properties over the years and have yet to be disappointed with her services.

Charolette is a true professional— knowledgeable, very experienced, and dedicated to her clients. She both listed our home and sold us another.
One of Charolette’s best ( and rare) qualities is that she LISTENS. She seems to empathetically understand what you want, and she delivers. We had a few unforeseen bumps along the way with our buyers, but she ironed everything out and kept us apprised and happy. She also effected a smooth transition into the home we bought. Charolette is also very likable, accessible, and easy to work with. We certainly recommend her for listing, selling, or both.
