Charolette is a true professional— knowledgeable, very experienced, and dedicated to her clients. She both listed our home and sold us another.
One of Charolette’s best ( and rare) qualities is that she LISTENS. She seems to empathetically understand what you want, and she delivers. We had a few unforeseen bumps along the way with our buyers, but she ironed everything out and kept us apprised and happy. She also effected a smooth transition into the home we bought. Charolette is also very likable, accessible, and easy to work with. We certainly recommend her for listing, selling, or both.
