Cha’Ron’s real estate portfolio and licensure spans more than 2 decades and multiple states: PA, MI and now GA. At just 25 years old, she bought her first property – a Philadelphia row house – converted the basement to an apartment and sold it a few years later for a 70K profit. Relocating to Georgia in 2007, Cha’Ron joined Metro Broker Real Estate where she was awarded Top Producer that same year all while preparing for the Georgia bar exam.

Her law practice focuses on Bankruptcy and Real Estate, allowing her to help those struggling with debt get back on their feet, restore their credit and build wealth with real estate. Understanding that bankruptcy is not a means to an end, but rather a steppingstone enables her to coach clients to wealth wellness.
