Charonda Pryor assisted my husband and I with our home in Laurel MD. in 2021. I have worked with a few real estate agents in the past and I must say with confidence that Charonda is the best agent I have ever used. We were on a time crunch and she delivered effortlessly. She has the qualities that make her an extremely successful and effective agent. Charonda has high integrity and is very conscientious and tenacious, always keeping her clients best interests in mind. She treated my husband and I with the same professionalism and courtesies as she does with all of her clients. One of her qualities I respected the most was listening to her clients needs. She doesn't waste time showing properties and negotiates effectively with the opposing agent on behalf of the client. Charonda is very knowledgeable in the real estate market. I would not hesitate to use her again as my listing agent in the future, and if I or any of my family members and friends needed to purchase or sell a property. I have the highest level of confidence in her career and her ability to deliver on her clients’ needs as she has ours!
