About Chase

I got to Maryland the same way a lot of my clients do. The Air Force moved me here in 2020, I worked in cyber at Fort Meade, and I had to figure out a brand-new area on a government timeline. I bought here, started investing here, and when I separated in 2024 I stayed and went all in on real estate. Today, I lead The Kincer Group at LPT Realty, based in Severna Park. Most of my work runs in three lanes: military and federal families relocating to Fort Meade or NSA, first-time buyers navigating VA loans and Maryland programs, and homeowners in Severna Park, Arnold, Annapolis, Pasadena, and Glen Burnie who want a real pricing and marketing plan when they sell. I also develop and build houses with a local construction company, and I own rentals in Severna Park. So when I tell you what a house is worth or what a repair will actually cost, that opinion comes from spending my own money on this market, and LOSING THOUSANDS of my OWN dollars.
