Chase Louderback

Chase Louderback, born and raised in Page County, received his Bachelors of Science in Human Nutrition, Foods, and Exercise from Virginia Tech. He began his real estate career in 2012, as a sophomore in college, with the purchase of his first investment property. In the past 7 years, he has renovated numerous single-family homes to rent or resell and has subsequently co-founded a commercial investment company. His strong proficiency in investment analysis, local market trends, and extensive network allow him to be a critical asset for assisting buyers and sellers in their real estate transactions, both commercial and residential.
Chase is also the host of the Rockingham & Page County Real Estate Investors group. He enjoys working out, playing guitar, reading and spending his free time with friends and family.
