I had an amazing experience working with Chase Money Maker to find a rental home. From the very first call, he told me we’d have a new place in 1 to 2 weeks—and we made it happen in exactly two weeks! Chase was incredibly efficient, super friendly, and always available to communicate, no matter the time. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend him if you’re looking for someone reliable, responsive, and easy to work with! 10/10 would recommend!

Working with Chase made the moving process so much less stressful knowing he knew what we were looking for and had the best intentions for us. I thought we’d be looking for a rental house for awhile, but we were able to find the perfect one and get the lease signed within a week! On top of that, Chase handled the house tours since we weren’t physically in the area yet, as well as comms & negations with the landlord’s realtor. 10/10 would recommend!

Such a great experience looking for our dream home. I couldn’t be happier with the listings he found. All so beautiful and exactly what we were looking for. I was so nervous as a first time home buyer but he made the experience so wonderful.
