Viva means “life” and a lot of life happens in our homes. Whether it’s good times or bad times, raising children to having grandchildren come visit, marriages and divorces, family gatherings for holidays or gatherings for final farewells… lots of LIFE happens in our homes! Selling and buying a home can be a very emotional and daunting process, but Chaviva’s sincere desire is to help guide you through the process so that it can be as smooth and seamless as possible. Viva’s background has been primarily in health care. She holds a bachelor’s degree is in Clinical Laboratory Science that causes her to be very data driven and detailed oriented. She also holds a master’s degree is in Public Health and this is how she came around full circle to follow in her mother’s footsteps to begin her career in real estate.

What stood out the most to Viva during her public health training was that one of the most basic human needs is shelter. Shelter should provide everyone with security, safety, refuge, and even financial stability. Whether you are selling or buying, renting or flipping, you are in the business of providing a basic human need and Viva is here to help!
