Chayah and his team are outstanding! I’ve used a couple realtors over the years and some of them were the “bare minimum” type or always too busy to pay much attention to you or your listing, that is not the case with Chayah! They are very responsive, quick and helpful!!!

If you're looking for a realtor that has YOUR best interest in mind this is your guy! He's not out for a quick buck. He takes time and effort to make sure his clients are getting what's best for them. We had our home listed with a different agent with no luck. She had actually convinced me that our home couldn't sell for what she listed it for. When we switched to Chayah he gave me insight to a few small things we could update to improve the sale of our house and got the most profit possible for us. Great guy, cares about his clients, very knowledgeable and on top of things.

I have only the highest praise and recommendation for Chayah Hodge. In the purchase of my home, I never felt rushed or pushed to go in any direction on any of the homes we viewed. Chayah listened to my thoughts and opinions and ensured any home I looked at always met the mark. Chayah made me feel as though his schedule was completely open for me, accommodating my hectic lifestyle and awkward hours.

Chayah provided valuable input during my search for my home which enabled me to make the best financial decisions. All responses to my questions and concerns were answered in a timely manner. His patience with me and my lack of understanding was beyond that of realtor, but more resembling a friend.

Chayah is hands down the best I’ve worked with. He is respectful and isn’t in it just to make a quick buck! He showed my wife and I about 16 houses before we finally found one that we loved and wanted to make a home. Not only was he patient when we changed our mind a ton of times on him but he was understanding and never seemed to loose concentration or respect. Chayah went above and beyond to make sure we loved the house inside and out. He wasn’t afraid to point things out that concerned him, asked questions and got answers the whole 3 months that he was showing us until we found our home. He will always have my Business and I definitely recommend!
