With a history of underwriting several loan opportunities, Chaz has acquired many useful & unique analytical skills. He has acquired several real estate projects where he acted as an owner, developer, & general contractor. Throughout his career at the bank, Chaz formed & successfully ran a title insurance agency as the president, and was integrally involved in the bank’s Community Development Corporation.
