When I met Christina, I was impressed by her openness, kindness and honesty. She knew right away the items that take away from a home's value. We did interview others but there is something about this fine Christian woman that puts your mind at ease. We told Christina we wanted to move quickly. She listed our home Friday at 2:00 and at 6 o'clock we had buyers. On Saturday, they made an offer. Christina had priced to sell and that's what she did. AMAZING!!!
She shared with us her husband Chelo's story and then we met him. What an amazing man!!! The two of them together are a humanitarian force. Their integrity, character and knowledge ensures a smooth and comforting experience. We put my our trust in Christina and Chelo. I think anybody should.

This review is for the one-star review by Robert Hendrix(me not knowing your name until this review)
To clarify, the person who contacted us directly was Kelly, a prospective buyer who inquired about viewing the home Saturday 06/21. I spoke to her personally on Saturday, over the phone, explained that the sellers were still residing in the home, and we coordinated a showing for Sunday instead of Saturday.

During our initial conversation, I asked Kelly if she had a realtor. She told me she did not at the time. She never expressed any hesitation about working with one—simply that she was currently unrepresented. I explained that, per NAR (National Association of Realtors) protocol, a pre-touring agreement is required to view a home we represent. This form is not binding, does not involve any fees due at that time, and is used strictly for transparency and security. Kelly fully understood and agreed that's fine and she will meet me Sunday morning.

On the day of the showing, I arrived right after you all to find that Kelly and yourself had already entered the home and touring without an agent present, which is a clear violation of professional showing protocol. This home is not a For Sale By Owner—it is listed through our brokerage and professionally represented in the MLS. No showings should occur without a listing agent, licensed agent present. So you entered a home without transparent communication or permission with myself to the owner, knowing an agent was not there at the time of entering. Leaving out that is vital, because the seller was home and you all entered without no communication with myself, even though I already spoke to Kelly I will be in attendance to show the home. That alone was unacceptable and should be reported because that alone is the law.

Furthermore, once I arrived, I greeted Kelly and reminded her about the pre-touring agreement we had discussed. She confirmed and willingly signed the document, with no problems because again I had already discussed this with her prior to arriving. This was NOT a BBA at all. It was a one page non binding agreement of her touring the home, knowing that she was not represented. She NEVER mentioned once she was not interested in working with a realtor. Kelly fully understood and agreed to sign it. I even explained to her this agreement is for this address for that listing and corrected and put only for that date. She was fine. I couldn’t even explain entirely to Kelly because you decided to walk over and insert your own concerns, which was fine but it was initiated disrespectfully.

The issue began when yourself (Robert)—who had not been involved in any communication, nor introduced yourself ahead of time—intervened and aggressively insisted that she should not have signed it, despite her cooperation. I formally asked who you were to the buyer (Kelly) so I had a better understanding... and you explained an investor, which I was not made aware of being that myself and her prior conversation she told me this showing was for her and she wanted to tour the home. Me asking who you are protects myself because again, Kelly had not made me aware of any other visitors who were coming. I always ask potential buyers who will be in attendance when viewing the home for my own safety. I asked if you were an agent or lawyer because you were providing information that would presume for you to be one of those roles, but you told me you were an investor, which is respectfully fine; we work with investors all that time. Where do I even begin?! Jose is THE BEST realtor I have ever encountered! I hit the lottery when I messaged him about a house I was looking at in spring hill. He called me back within 10 min with all the info I was looking for. Unfortunately, that house was not on the market for long so our search Continued. Jose told me he was willing to go anywhere in florida to show us a house and boy he was not kidding! He drove from West coast to east coast to show us some homes. I would like to start by saying Floridas A Team is amazing . I cannot express enough the work Cristina has put into the house we had for sale . The situation we had was very complex and had many moving parts . The prep work Cristina did for the home was amazing and the home was only on the market for less than 24 hours . We had some issues with the inspection that were quickly corrected with Cristina’s people and there was also an issue with an open permit which was 5 years old and was waiting at the court house before it opened to get the permit closed. I could go on for days on everything they have done for us but let’s just say I wouldn’t use anybody else.

Chelo and Christina are amazing! My father-in-laws home in Florida needed to be sold by his sons, to generate funds for his long term care. With all the kids living in Michigan this seemed like a daunting task. Fortunately having personally known Chelo for many years, when I lived in Florida, I knew exactly who to send them to for help.

I called Chelo and he sent them the best of the best of his agents! They met with Christina and were blown away by her knowledge and they all fell in love with her personality. She was able to present them with an offer within days of the house going on the market, and the offer was way above what they expected. This was due in large part to her personal efforts to make the house shine not only in listing photos but also for showings. She went above and beyond.

They have probably LOST business based on the fact that their honesty, thoroughness, and superior ethics clash with the abundant immorality of people in today's society. Within minutes of walking into Florida's A Team, we knew we made the right decision on a realty company. We were quickly greeted by Chelo (one of the owners) and made to feel at home. So my family and I , would like to give a huge thank you to Cristina and Jose(chelo) Alonzo and their team at Floridas A team. Being a 1st time home owner I bought this home with every intent to stay there and raise my family , but as time progressed somethings my family and I discussed we would have liked to do differently but we were there and grateful at that we discussed selling a few yrs back and as we know the Florida market was just booming hard to find a place to go or finding a place on the market long enough to obtain . So it came up again in our household if we should sell. I went to work with no intentions on listing until I got home 4-5 days into my trip offshore I got a friendly phone call from Cristina. Shawn !!! She says what is it going to take I have a buyer that’s in need she’s ready to go something fell through do you want to show !!? So of course I talked it over with my family and we went for it. From that initial phone call to 3rd part communication with the buyer the transition was extremely seemless she stated EVERYTHING IN WRITING. Converting both parties and establishing a wonderful open line of communication and understanding on what concerns needed to be met from finding a place to to go in the short amount of time and completing contract she was on top of it to the very last signature. We communicated start to finish on inspection dates and repairs that the buyer asked to have done to me obtaining receipts step by step and her taking care of all the very fine detail on my behalf she truly is a a MASTER AT HER PROFESSION! And the team her and her husband have built around them is nothing short of EXTRAORDINARY EXCELLENCE. I could go on about the fine details that’s being left out but when I expressed my concerns about time and finding a place she was right there protecting me and my family 1st and that’s will always come 1st NO MATTER WHAT . After interviewing a couple of agents to help some family members sell and purchase homes in the Tampa metro area, I discovered I could not have made a better choice in recommending Cristina with Florida’s A Team! Chelo made the entire home buying process easy. One of the most honest and direct people I've had the pleasure of doing business with. Most of my questions were answered before I even asked, and when there was anything he wasn't sure the answer to, chelo went out of his way to find the answer for us. I needed to sell a house in Spring Hill that was part of an estate. Living in CT, I had no idea how to manage this task. I googled and found the most incredible reviews for Florida’s A Team Realty. From the minute I called, I was reassured that they could take care of everything for me…and they did…everything!
I needed them to meet the sheriff at the house for a vacate and bring a locksmith with them. They encountered angry squatters and a trashed house but that did not deter them. They found an investor buyer asap and he would take the house as is. Chelo and Cristina are very experienced and so responsive and helpful. They completely saved me from making any trips to Florida.
They did so much more to help every step of the way. They are a family run business that takes tremendous pride in maintaining the fantastic reputation they have built.

My husband & I were moving from out of state, looking to buy in Spring Hill but didn’t know where to start. So I asked a bunch of strangers on the Spring Hill Community page on FB for referrals & got literally hundreds of responses from local residents.
Florida’s A Team kept coming up, and I admit that I checked their site out because we share a last name (no relation). And I am SO glad I did!
We’ve bought & sold before, but this was the most seamless, easy, professional experience with a realtor we’ve ever had hands down!

We went to a seminar about 1st time home buyers, a couple months ago, which was hosted by Chelo and Cristina. The seminar was AMAZING !! There was so much information to assist 1st time home buyers and the opportunity to network w other companies. Buying a home has many different levels for the home buyer to be successful. Every one of the guest speakers were from a different level of the process and were more than happy to speak w you and answer all your questions. There was a very cool raffle for awesome prizes and the food was incredible.

Fast forward a couple months and we contact Cristina and Chelo w A LOT of questions and they offered to have us come in on a Saturday and talk and get answers.
