Chelse is amazing! She is passionate, detail- oriented, knowledgeable, hardworking, patient, and she truly cares about her clients. From the very beginning of the process, Chelse worked with us every step of the way. We never felt rushed or as if we were bothering her if we had questions or needed clarifications. We were nervous and unsure about selling and buying in this crazy market but she knew exactly who to contact and how to get us started. She noted our likes and dislikes and used the notes she gathered to find us our dream home. The home we fell in love with was a home we didn't really want to tour (the pictures did not do it justice) but she knew what she was doing when she left it on our tour schedule. We instantly fell in love and got it at list price! She also helped us get our old home prepared to sell. She knew exactly what needed to be done to get us the offer we wanted. Our house was on the market for 5 days and we got 6 offers! It sold for 80K over asking! Through that process we got early offers but she never once rushed us to make our final decision. Overall our experience with Chelse was truly amazing. I would recommend her to everybody! She will talk you through your decisions and give her opinion, but will never pressure you or rush you. She will work as hard as she can to find you your dream home and/ or sell your home.
