Update. *Its been a year since I bought my house with Chelsea. Im so glad I did. My mortgage is affordable enough for me to maintain the home and do some repairs. I can even make principal payments and I have! To say I'm more happy now than I was when I first bought the home speaks volumes to her foresight and judgement.*
She's a magician. I don't know how she made it happen, but she did and I'd recommend her time and time again. I had to buy a house last minute. I was not prepared in anyway! Somehow I closed on a house within two months of working with her. It was amazing, and easy and so much better than I envisioned when I first nervously called her and said I need a realtor and I haven't done anything to prepare for a home purchase. She was patient, non-judgmental and so accommodating.

Chelsea is simply as they say, "Kings among Kings", she is a realtor matched like no other. I had the privilege of working with her and seeing her dedication to all my requests, hands down is amazing! She is very insightful with loan options to fit her clients needs. She helped with with a 0% down, USDA loan and finding a property which would qualify for this program. She's extremely honest and very patient. Chelsea never stopped looking and always gave me her honest opinion about what to look for or avoid in a home. Her creative eye for house improvements has saved me thousands outright. Her professionalism never turns off, even when I sent her houses late into the evening, I would get a response right away. I would 100% recommend anyone to Chelsea, the best agent I know, because she will go the extra mile.

Chelsea recently helped me sell my rental property that I had owned for fifteen years. While I was still working on the renovation, she came to the property, and provided key points that needed attention prior to listing. Chelsea was very patient waiting for us to finish the renovations, and worked very quickly to list the property as soon as I was ready. She was spot on with pricing, and worked closely with the buyer's agent even after the sale with a few items that remained open.
Chelsea Daley is incredibly knowledgeable about the market, and I would highly recommend a friend or family member to trust her with their property listing (or purchase).

Best realtor you could possibly ask for. Being first time home buyers, we weren't aware of a lot of the ins an outs of purchasing a home. Chelsea walked us step by step through the entire process. Once we found and bought our home, she even went the extra mile and bought cleaning and other house hold products for us.
