Chelsey came to me, knowing I was selling my 2 family on my own, and asked to give her 2 weeks to sell it. We settled in price and commission and we were off! She respected my wishes and concerns and was always personable, attentive and available for questions. We found Chelsea online from across the country to help us buy a house in NH. Overall we had a good experience - Chelsea is extremely responsive and nice and went out of her way to help us from afar, visiting two houses for us super quickly and even meeting Xfinity at the house to set up the internet for us. The only downside was, compared to the realtor we worked with buying our first home, Chelsea wasn’t super proactive about sharing details or to-dos with us. Chelsea worked hard to help us get the house we wanted, and she’s so kind and responsive, but not as proactive about sharing information or guiding the process. This may not be a problem if it’s not your first home purchase and you can stay on top of your own to-dos. We got our house thanks to Chelsea, and that’s the most important thing!

When I started to look for a house I put into realtor.com I needed a realtor. They had Chelsea contact me. Talked to her told her what I was looking for she got to work right away.. went on to get my pre approval.. worked with her less about 2 weeks we found a place.. she put the offer in it was accepted the next day.. as soon as that happen she went and wrote of the sales contract and we got it done.. never worked with a realtor before.. she works quickly and very knowledgeable.. from day 1 to finding a place to the offer and all the other work that goes into it.. closed yesterday.. alittle over to month for the full process.. not saying that’s gonna happen every time.. very professional, knowledgeable, hard working.. During these uncharted times we live in I had the pleasure of meeting a realtor that redefined the word and meaning of customer service.

Chelsea dealt with my 80 year old mother on a recent home sale. She was nothing but very very professional.

She dealt with all of my mother’s concerns with a smile. She was always keeping me in the loop ensuring that my mothers needs were met.
