Chelsie is super motivated, got us our first viewings within just a couple days of first speaking to her and we came from quite a ways out of state to. She made sure everything would be ready to view and we even signed papers before heading back home and got the house we wanted shortly after. If you’re looking for a great realtor, you’ll definitely want her on your team for a quick smooth transition, highly recommend!

After dealing with a different realtor for months with no success in finding a home and feeling as tho we might never, my fiancé and I contacted Chelsea Johnson. Chelsea was by far super professional and helpful. Her knowledge of the homes we had previously seen and had unanswered questions about was extensive. She was unafraid to reach out and get answers for us when needed. Chelsea became a friend to us and with her hard work and responsiveness we were able to purchase our first home! I highly recommend Chelsea Johnson!!

Chelsie helped us tremendously with selling our home. She was very professional and asked many questions to get everything she needed to get the value of our home. She valued our home for what it was worth. She staged it well and took her time to make it look perfect for pictures. She communicated well during the selling process when it came to people coming to our home to view it. Within 72 hours she had our home sold above asking price. During the process of us doing paperwork to sell our home she answered all of our questions and guided us every step of the way with no problem. She eased our anxieties and she helped us see the end goal! Chelsie is very helpful and knows what she is doing and is great at real estate. She is not an average realtor she is above average. I recommend her to everyone I know searching for a home, selling a home, selling land, purchasing land or even looking for rental property.

I was a mortgage broker on Hilton Head and worked with hundreds of Realtors.She was both my selling (2) and buying agent (1) for three VERY UNUSUAL properties . Not only is she the consummate professional in all three endeavors both sold properties were under contract inside of 72 hours and my purchase order was filled within 24 hours at far less than tax value in an incredibly strong Real estate market Every deal was contracted Better than agreed on and totalled more than her commission making her services free to me. She IS the sharpest knife in the drawer with the heart of a gladiator, patience of Job, and a surprisingly deep knowledge of her craft. She doesnt just go to work she attacks a deal with laser focus and 333the exuberance of a puppy on a rib bone. Whether you are buying or selling you either paid too much or sold too cheap if you hired a Realtor anywhere around Richmond county other than Chelsie...Btw. When I say unusual property three very close friends of mine were offered the properties involved and suddenly forgot how to answer their phones and I am truly glad they did because had they not God couldn't have blessed me with Chelsie and she is now counted among some of my most cherished blessing..
BTW...I have a truly sadistic sense of humor don't EVER do surveys.Prior to today i have NEVER given a 5 star but after smoothly handling about a hundred curve balls on three deals over a week I proudly say this girl was vetted by a professional curmudgeon.It should be a felony to give her anything less

She went above & beyond even after I had been living in my new home for over a month. I got a call from her. She wanted to make sure things were working out ok.

I decided to put my first “home” up for sale October of 2020. Chelsie listed it in November of 2020. It was a double wide that she treated just like any other home. Chelsie made me feel comfortable with all decisions I made throughout the process. Honestly, she made the selling process smooth for my husband and I. If I had 3 words to use to describe Chelsie and her work ethic’s, it’d be ambitious, attentive, and noble. She went above and beyond for us and sold our home within a month. She worked hard and it paid off. Not to mention she got me more for my home than what was expected. I highly suggest her to anyone that is looking to sell or buy. Chelsie also helped me find my dream home by sharing her erudition with me. I would not be sitting in my new home if it wasn’t for her. With all that being said, she sold my home while helping me find a new home. I’m forever grateful for her. ❤️
