We worked with Cher as first time homebuyers in the crazy Kirkland/Bothell/Kenmore/Bellevue market this fall and had a great experience. Cher was super responsive and flexible. He provided thorough answers to our (many!) questions.

Cher really provided great guidance for the offer process so we felt good about the properties we were putting offers on and the strategies we took to create competitive offers.
