Cher Miculka

Cher Miculka works in the San Antonio, TX area as well as the surrounding areas such as all of Bexar County, Comal, Medina County and Kendall County. She is the 2021 Chair (President) for San Antonio Board of Realtors serving eleven counties with over 13,000 members. Cher is the full time Broker Owner of EXIT Premier Realty formerly doing business as HSA Real Estate LLC specializing in residential real estate. She has held numerous appointments such as NAR 2021 Business Issues Policy committee. Professional Development Committee of NAR; Professional Development Committee TR; Certified Real Estate Instructor; GRI Instructor for Texas Realtors association, 2017's Broker of the Year, Board of Directors for TRETA (Texas Real Estate Teachers Assn). Cher obtained her BAAS from Texas State University Summa Cum Laude. Professional experience includes new custom homes both as an operations Manager and site sales counselor, residential real estate as a Broker-Realtor, and home mortgage experience as a loan officer. She is a many times recipient of the prestigious 5 Star Real Estate Award as featured in the Texas Monthly Magazine. Cher was also featured in the TOP 100 Real Estate Magazine, page 57!! Cher has been a member and past Ambassador/Captain of the North San Antonio Chamber of Commerce, SOBA (Stone Oak Business Association) and Women's Council of Realtors. Designations include Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and E-PRO, ALHS (Accredited Luxury Home Specialist), CRS (certified residential specialist), TRLP, GRI (graduate real estate institute).
