Cheree helped us sell and purchase our new home. She was always available to answer our questions. She is VERY knowledgeable about financing, specifically VA loans. She helped us communicate with our builder and made sure we got everything we needed. She's a great negotiator and helped us sell our home over asking price. While you wont have any trouble finding a realtor in this market you can't go wrong with her experience and professionalism. She works very hard for her clients. 10/10, I highly recommend her!

Cheree was such a great asset to our search. We did not live in the area and were looking for a property in OKC. The thing that stays with me about Cheree is how thorough she was from the beginning. Whether it was walking the property with her in person or getting her assessment by FaceTime , I trusted the information that she provided. She was always thinking ahead trying to put out fires, saavy in negotiations and connected to great resources such as contractors, lenders, etc. One of the lenders remarked how tenacious Cheree is and always looking out for her clients. I could not agree more. I would recommend her to anyone and I hope that we can do business with her again. So glad to have found her!

Cheree is the best! She worked tirelessly from start to finish to help me find and close on a home. It should be noted that I live out of state, so coordinating everything was no small task, yet Cheree did it with ease. She is very knowledgeable about the current housing market in Oklahoma City and was very knowledgeable about the different neighborhoods. I can't speak highly enough about all the personal attention I received and constant communication regarding my new home. I had the best realtor anyone could ever hope to have. I highly recommend her if you want to sell or buy a home. Beautiful personality. She stay on top of everything and keep you abreast of everything that is going on and whatever need. Anytime you call if she is out taking care of another client she always get back with you immediately. This was my first time selling a house and she made my experience less stressful. If you’re not calling Cheree for your housing needs; you’re missing out! After many years of living out of state, were ready to move home to Oklahoma!
Cheree asked for specific likes, dislikes, deal breakers and worked with my sister to show us homes via FaceTime!!! This was so stress free, and she made sure we got the best bang for our buck and ensured our needs were met.
She also arranged for closing to happen from 1500 miles away...
To seal the deal, once we moved in, she gifted us the most beautiful sign for our new home....
Cheree was very responsive, it didn’t matter what time or day I text her, she would text me back and handle all my questions. She’s an agent with a heart and the willingness to go that extra mile to make sure your needs are met!

Cheree helped us sell our house and buy our new one. She is very knowledgeable and had our best interest at heart. She makes sure we had all the info needed, before considering making any offers. She wasn’t pushy on anything, she just wanted us to have as much info as possible. Whenever we had questions she would make sure to answer it or find the answers. You can not go wrong with her!
