There were challenges from the beginning whether or not we would be able to purchase our home. Cheree did not start out representing us but you certainly wouldn’t haven’t known that when she was able to convince the seller that my wife and I were better suited to be in the home over two cash buyers.
Throughout the process Cheree promptly brought in several contractors and professional’s to quickly handle things and move on to the next step in the home buying process.
When something arose Cheree knew exactly how to handle it, whether it was broker issues, title issues, contractor needs or seamlessly representing the seller and buyer without a feeling of conflict.
In all professions certain individuals stand out due their innate personality qualities and experience to get the job done.
Cheree has the ability to keep calm make the right decisions and move on with levity, we would recommend her to anyone that is interested buying or selling a home.

Cheree is far and away the best Real Estate agent that I have worked with. She does everything that she can to make the buying, and selling experience go as smoothly as possible. Our family has just completed our ninth transaction using her as our agent. For the geographical area that she covers, I would not consider using another agent.

If you are looking for the ultimate realtor or property manager, your quest is over, Cheree is THE agent you need. Our journey with Cheree started when we moved to Southern California and were looking for a place to rent. Unlike most of the other agents who didn't even bother picking up their phone or returning our calls, Cheree responded immediately. She was not only very friendly but also very flexible and accommodating to schedule a showing while we were down there. Cheree provided a lot of information on the neighborhood and we were delighted that she/the landlords selected us to rent the place she showed us. During the next 2 years, Cheree was always available to address any issues related to the property. When we finally decided to buy our own home, based on the very positive experience we had with Cheree, we naturally asked her if she would be willing to help her with our project. We defined with her our criteria and she provided a listing of properties matching them (updated daily).With a clear idea of our requirements it didn't take long to find the right property. Of course, due to the highly competitive real estate market in CA, the owners of the house had 70+ people visiting their property in one day and multiple offers were made at the end of the day. Thanks to her wealth of experience, Cheree developed a thorough strategy to draft our offer. Her strategy proved to be very effective since the owners only countered our offer. After further negotiation, we quickly came to an agreement with the owners. During the entire escrow process, Cheree was constantly on our side, providing clear explanation and details on potential watchouts, legal requirements, and next steps. As first time buyers needless to say that this assistance was greatly appreciated given the complexity of the process ! Cheree went above and beyond to ensure that we understood each document signed, regardless of how much time it would take. Cheree spent countless hours from the very beginning of the project till the very end. What is even more important is how she did it: always with a smile (despite the masks) and patience ! We could also tap into Cheree's huge network for a lot of services (handyman, painter etc...).
Our relationship evolved from total strangers to friends and we will always be grateful to Cheree for her amazing service ! Again, stop looking further, you won't find a better agent than Cheree ! :)
