Extremely satisfied with the service Cheri provided with the sale of our house. She walked us thru every step of the way. Was able to sell our house the day of our open house. She is very personable, friendly and knows the real estate market. Was able to answer our questions in a timely matter. It was very stressful for us at times, but she helped us overcome that. I would highly recommend her if you are selling or buying a home. Thank you Cheri for all you did for us.

She is the kind of person who treats you like family, and at the same time exceeds your expectations. She had our house under contract in five days above market value. She delivered on every promise; we were in good hands through the whole process. I wish could give her more than five stars. Usually we like to sell buy owner, but a realtor like her is worth every penny. We were so blessed to get to work with her!

BEST Real Estate Professional there is. She’s awesome from start to finish. Solved many issues along the way. Very responsive and actually cares. I’ve worked with so many before but she’s the best!
