We met Cheri about 10 years ago when we were looking for a house. She was very helpful and knowledgeable and was able to find us a wonderful house. We are using her again in the sale of the house now 10 years later. She is wonderful person as well as a professional realtor. I would highly recommend her!

Cheri Nilsson is a great person and exceptional realtor. She recently helped me buy a home in Santa Cruz. I was living on the other side of the country so had to completely rely on her to tend to all the details and she did. She stayed in regular touch with me, and kept me informed along the way. I purchased the home from an 83 year old woman, and Cheri was kind and patient with her. The seller didn’t do email or text, and Cheri would explain things to her while representing me (while wearing a mask and being distanced!).

I’m no pro at home buying so Cheri had to explain the process to me. I appreciated that she walked me through the steps of purchasing, patiently explained terms to me, and answered all my questions. I appreciated her honesty and transparency.

Now that I own the home and moved here, Cheri stopped in to welcome me to town. And she’s been helpful after the purchase, with recommendations and offering resources.

I can’t say enough good about her! I highly recommend Cheri Nilsson.

Cheri was very helpful in getting my vacation rental in Capitola ready for a full time renter. She worked with me in clearing out furnishings and then getting it painted and new floors put in. We had everything ready at the start of the Coronavirus problem and then had to wait for the right renters to apply but I am very happy with the results.

Cheri was always available, prompt and, helpful with suggestions. She was knowledgeable about the market and how to get good renters in my case. I would not hesitate to recommend her to other people.

We worked with Cheri for a period of 2 years to find the right house, and have had a wonderful experience working with her. She has always been responsive, helpful, and intuitive. She knew what our family would love, and tailored our house search accordingly. She expressed her opinion but was never pushy. After we closed on the house, she worked with seller agent and all the contractors to get all outstanding jobs done. She was on top of it. We heartily recommend Cheri and would love to work with her again in the future
