I was referred to Cheri Peterson through a friend at work. I had little knowledge about the real estate market and the home selling process seemed overwhelming to me. When I met Cheri for the first time, I knew I had made the right choice. She helped me sell my home very quickly with her knowledge and expertise. Her office staff were wonderful to work with as well. They provided me with daily feedback on home showings and were always there when I had any questions. I would definitly recommend Cheri Peterson to anyone looking for an honest, reputable, and hard-working realtor.

I was introduced to Cheri from a family memeber who had used Cheri as a sales agent, buyers agent and rental property. Know that my needs were going to be the same Cheri and I spoke on Sunday and met Tuesday night. Cheri was very prompt, informative and listend to my needs. We set apt. to view 5 properties in two weeks (due to Christmas holiday). My wife and I found our dream house and a contract was written. Cheri was very knowledgeable and helpful during the purchase and subsaquent rental of our current home. Needles to say I will use Cheri again should the need arise, and I have already refered her to a co-worker.

We were referred to Cheri by a friend who shared her positve experience with the entire team selling her home. Our home had been on the market for 13 months and we were very discouraged, it was difficult to manage as we were living 5hrs away. Our first meeting with Cheri changed our entire perspective about selling our home, she was high energy and positve in her approach. The team approach definately works it kept us informed on a weekly basis. When we got a buyer everyone worked overtime to get us to closing. We will continue to recommend Cheri and her team to our friends and family in St Louis. Their hard work and commitment allowed us to finally settle in our new location with a bright outlook.

Cheri Peterson is informative,active,hands on realtor,as well as her team. I would use her to sell my home again as well as highly recommmend her to family and friends.I have used her as well as my family to sell many of our properties.She holds open houses regularly to expose the property to other realtors and prospective buyers.She will stage the property if needed to show at its best!I would get weekly feed back from her team as well as up dates via the internet.I would say don't wait call her if you are selling your home.

Cheri Peterson demonstrated outstanding abilities in selling our home within 6 weeks. But in addition she went above and beyond by helping with tasking I would not have expected. She ensured the home was cleaned, and very well staged. Furniture or appliances we didn't keep she found buyers for. Strongly recommend Cheri to anyone selling their home.
