Simply put, Cheri was a godsend. My wife and I were looking to sell our previous home and to upgrade to a newer home that would require less work. Our wishlist wasn't easy as we needed land for our farm animals, a new high end home and an ADU for a parent that we care for. Our previous home was our first and the realtor we had used for that purchase was really a disappointment. They didn't advise us through the process at all and as a result we ended up stuck with a home that needed more work than we had realized going into it. When we decided it was time to move on, we knew we needed to find a more knowledgeable and proactive realtor and Cheri came highly recommended by a friend we trust. From the first phone call, we knew it felt right. Cheri asked all the right questions, offered free advice and just genuinely sounded passionate about getting us into the perfect place that would make us happy. That passion was carried through and proven time and time again up to and even after we moved into our dream home.  Our path to a new home came with a lot of hurdles as COVID hit right as we listed and began our search. If it hadn't been for Cheri, we would have given up so many times. She was there every step of the way though, in constant communication to keep us motivated and informed. She went above and beyond at every stage; staging the home with such a great eye for design, having amazing quality photos and drone videos taken, marketing the property, in negotiations etc. She set us up with all the contractors we needed and even lent us her trailer for the move. The list of ways she went out of her way to make this a great experience for us seems endless. She did all of this while simultaneously putting the same level of effort into finding us our dream home.  Cheri is everything you could want and so much more than I ever realized you could get from a realtor. In the end, we didn't only gain a realtor we could trust, we gained a friend. For all of these reasons, and so many more, I cannot recommend Cheri enough.
