Cherie Beacham

Cherie moved to the Outer Banks with her family in 1973 and considers herself a local, having attended Manteo High School and College of the Albemarle. After college she worked for the Nags Head Police Department and the Dare County Schools. She has also co-owned a local building company with her husband for more than 30 years. Cherie entered Real Estate in 1998 to integrate with their building company and recently obtained her “Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource” certification. She enjoys working with clients to make their dreams of home ownership come true. Cherie lives in Kill Devil Hills with her husband Ronnie, her little dog Peanut, and big orange cat Pumpkin. They have three grown sons and are Nascar fans that enjoy following the racing circuit in their motor home whenever possible.
