We started a search for an inexpensive home to flip. Cherie responded for some showings. We knew right away that she was the person for us. She's knowledgeable, friendly, honest, down to earth, and hilarious. We found a house we loved and hoped to flip in 6 months to a year. Rookies. With so many county hoops to jump through and personal obstacles along the way, it took us three years. From start to finish, Cherie was there to offer advice, do research, answer calls at all hours, bring tools in hand, and form a friendship. You're getting more than an awesome realtor when you choose Cherie. We finally closed on our house, getting an offer over asking price and we feel great about handing over our labor of love to a wonderful family. Cherie's not done with us yet, though. We still have to celebrate!

Cherie is fantastic. We told Cherie specifically what we were looking for in the Prospect Bay community. Not only did we get all 3 things we wanted in this home we did it at the lower end of our budget. Cherie has been on top of every detail from start to post sale. By far the best real estate agent we have ever worked with. She is friendly, very responsive with a high sense of urgency. On the scale of 1-5, she is off the charts!!
