Cherie Crossman is the best realtor in the world! In this competitive market we had to get strategic, and she made my offer bullet-proof. Home sales in the DC region are crazy, with outlandish offers, 20% +. over asking price.
She also nailed it on the type of home that would work best for me. I’m not a do-it-yourselfer, and Cherie somehow captured my level of competence and my taste, I couldn’t believe how well everything worked out, and it’s because of Cherie.

I Have bought and sold properties and have worked with several Agents, all of which caused unnecessary problems due to their lack of incompetence. It just seemed that making money for them was more important than advocating for my best interest. Fortunately I was recommended to Cherie. She knew all the right questions, everyone geared towards my best interest and what I wanted to happen. She is informed, experienced, personable and passionate. Missed her calling as a lawyer!. I had a few complications that caused some anxiety and she told me to sit back and relax and she will take care of it. And she did! The years of experience is evident and I am convinced there is nothing that could come up that she couldn’t handle and deal with effectively. She has a strong, confident personality fueled by her knowledge and experience. She is a true advocate for her clients. At the same time she is realistic and honest. Trustworthy. And for the first time, I believe that she was working for me rather than for herself. I highly recommend her you will not regret it.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Cherie. Beyond having tons of experience, she goes above and beyond to sell your home as well as help you find a new home of your dreams. If you’re in need of a realtor, look no further!

I could not have asked for a better realtor than Cherie! The sale of my rental property was actually over a year in the making (NOT due to her) as I was back and forth with the co-owner and the decision to sell was forever changing.

But, from the very first time we spoke, she never forgot about me, regularly checked on me and called me one day to let me know the market was primed to sell and lo and behold, I was lucky enough to finally be in a position to sell.

Cherie’s diligence, professionalism, communication and overall quality of service was excellent. Mind you, I’m located in Florida and she took care of everything, including interacting with my tenants, coordinating with my property management company, finding me a much needed landscaper, coordinating photos, EVERYTHING! I could honestly go on and on about all the ways she made this sale seem like I was sitting right next to her in Maryland with zero worry.

I cannot thank her and recommend her services enough as my situation, although quite unique, is just an example of the type of above and beyond person she is. Again, if you’re in need of a realtor, look no further!

We have worked with Cherie to sell two properties and buy three. She is always on top of everything and keeps you up to date on what is going on with your transaction. She is a great negotiator, and sold our properties for top dollar and made sure we got the best deal when buying. She always keeps her clients’ best interest in mind, and will go above and beyond to make sure that her clients are happy. Her advice about the real estate market and property values is always spot-on. She made sure that the transactions were always completed smoothly with no issues or delays. Even though she is a busy agent, she always makes you feel as if you are her only client. We will definitely use her again in the future.

Cherie is fantastic! She is top notch, knows the industry inside and out and is the biggest advocate for her clients. We first used Cherie when my husband and I were looking to purchase our first home many years ago. As first-time buyers, we were nervous and unsure how to navigate things. Cherie was so much fun to work with when looking for a new home in Anne Arundel County. She was very knowledgeable about the area. She was very responsive and able to really hone in on what my husband and I were looking for in a new home.
