Cherie went above and beyond to help me find a place while we lived through a pandemic. She was always responsive via text messages or phone calls. The demand for housing during Covid skyrocketed so offers for good places needed to be submitted quickly and she always worked to expedite any paperwork that was required during the purchase process. Being from Los Angeles, she gave me recommendations for areas based on her extensive knowledge in Connecticut. When I was not able to see properties in person, she was diligent about going to the sites and recording detailed videos of the space, looking for any potential issues or red flags in the property and would also ask neighbors for feedback about their overall experience in that given area. She was meticulous to make assessments that included fees for HOAs or property taxes or heating costs or what my commute would be like so that I didn’t take a bad deal in the long run. She helped me with negotiations and putting competitive offers for the options I liked and everything went smoothly for the place I ended up settling for. I definitely recommend Cherie to anyone looking for an agent to buy or sell in this market!

We’ve bought and sold several homes and wish it were possible to have had Cherie’s representation every time. We were in Florida and wanted to buy in CT, so Cherie had to do lots of work in advance of our arrival. Her assessment of our needs and knowledge of the area put us in our dream home!

From the moment I met Cherie I knew I wanted her to be my realtor! Super responsive, honest, kind, caring, and knowledgeable from the beginning! She was incredibly patient with me throughout the entire home buying process, always willing to meet me to see a house that interested me, and letting me know that it was ok if I hadn’t found the one just yet. She knew exactly what I was looking for. As a first time home buyer, she made sure to always share all of her knowledge regarding the home buying process; what to look for, what to ask, what to expect etc. She was able to make the entire process from start to finish super easy! I feel very lucky that I was able to have Cherie as my realtor and because of her I was able to find my home. Forever thankful for Cherie!

What can I say about Cherie? There is so much I can say about her: she is fabulous to work with, exudes professionalism, extremely responsive, and just as important, follows through with what she says.
I first met her when she was showing a property for rent ( I was moving from California and house hunting), and it just so happened, I decided to stop by this property. Firstly, she was extremely warm, inviting and completely put me at ease. She described the property and let me look around without pressuring me or making me feel uncomfortable. After I looked around for approximately 20 minutes, I stepped outside to talk to her about the property. Although I ultimately decided the property was not for me, I explained my situation to Cherie: military, moving from California, need a place to rent, good school district, etc. Cherie worked her magic! She provided me with so many different resources, gave me her number, and offered to show me any property I was interested in. I wasn't familiar with any part of CT, and based on what I was looking for, she recommended different areas that met my criteria.
After she helped me secure a place to rent, she walked me through the entire process. She explained the paperwork, made sure to answer all my questions about the lease, helped me conduct the walk-through of the property, and continued to communicate with me even after I returned to CA.
Prior to me moving cross country, during the initial stages of the pandemic, she kept in touch and ensured I had all my ducks in a row. When I arrived in CT, after driving for four days straight, she checked up on me to make sure I made it safely.
I have dealt with many realtors since being a homeowner (two homes) and tenant (four homes) over the course of 18 years, and she by far, has been the best I have ever had. From beginning to end, she has had my best interest in mind without worrying about a commission. All the other realtors I have dealt with, after closing a deal, I never hear from them again. Cherie wasn't like that at all, and as I wrote previously, she communicated with me throughout the entire process, and then some! She didn't have to make sure I arrived in CT safely (finally moved in June) since all the paperwork for the rental property was signed in March, but that is just the kind of person she is: genuine and caring.
I can't rave enough about Cherie! Although I am currently locked in a rental lease, I have already reached out to Cherie about purchasing a property when my lease is up. She is just all around fabulous and it's unfortunate I can't take her with me to find another place to live when I have to leave CT!

Cherie represented us in the purchase of a condo. She was responsive to my gazillion questions, suggested top notch people for inspections and the RE lawyer, and stood by me every step of the way. We closed escrow on time (despite the best efforts of the mortgage company to befuddle that plan) and I couldn't recommend her more. Don't hesitate - call Cherie.

Cherie was fantastic. She helped my wife and I find our home after looking at quite a few places. Cherie is very knowledgeable and was always there for us when we had questions or concerns. She was very quick to show us homes we were interested in and was never too busy for us. She was very kind and understanding when we backed out of an offer we made and kept our confidence up. Amazing person to work with! Went out of her way over and over to make sure we got just what we were looking for! I highly recommend her especially if buying your first home.
This was my first home and she helped me through every step of the process explaining anything and everything I wasn’t familiar with.
