Cherie established her real estate career in 1994 with Gale Wentworth and Dillon Developers, the developing company of the prestigious community at Cherry Valley Country Club in Princeton, NJ. Specializing in the upscale private golf community Cherie became a Top Producer in selling beautiful estate homes. After completing the Cherry Valley project Cherie obtained a Sales manager position with Toll Brothers Inc. one of Americas leading luxury home builders during 2001-2004. While at Toll Brothers Cherie consistently exceeded projected sales and mastered the craft of accommodating buyers in the market for luxury homes.
