Cherie Tretheway

Cherie is a Morgantown, West Virginia native with a Bachelor of Science from Auburn University and a Master of Science from Georgia State University. After living in the South for 20 years, buying and selling various properties, Cherie and her husband moved back to Morgantown in 2008 to raise their children and be near family.

Cherie completed the Spruce School of Real Estate and immediately joined the West Virginia Association of Realtors and the Howard Hanna Premier Properties team. She has extensive experience working with her husband's residential design and build company, which steered her interest toward a career in Real Estate. She has hands-on experience directing clients in building new homes and remodeling their existing homes.

Cherie understands that purchasing a home is one of the most important decisions in a person’s life, and she brings calm and confidence in this process. She is honest, hard working and will go the extra mile to make your home buying or selling experience a positive one.

In her spare time you might find her on the tennis courts for some recreational play, watching WVU and Auburn football or baking! Cherie resides in the Cheat Lake area with her husband, 2 kids and Golden Retriever.
