Cheriyan Chacko has been helping families buy & sell homes all over Florida for over 20 years. Born and raised in South India before relocating to Queens, New York in 1980. He graduated with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from York College. Shortly after that he headed to Wall Streets to work at Merrill Lynch as a Manager. Realizing that he’s a people person, his family and him decided to move to Fort Lauderdale, Florida in 1998 to pursue his dream of Real Estate. Cheriyan received his broker's license in 2001 and opened Josh Realty Inc. Not only is he a broker but he is also a seasoned investor with a portfolio of single-family homes and multi-family units.
