This was our first time being home sellers and my wife and I decided we would try For Sale by Owner. That was a flop, there was some interest, but nothing serious. After 2 weeks my wife contact her good friend Cherry Norris. Cherry helped us stage our home and took some great pictures, wrote a fine MLS description and almost instantly we had lots of interest. Cherry worked with several buyer’s realtors and within two weeks we had a contract. Cherry always kept us very informed on what was next, she worked well with the buyer’s realtor to ensure everything went flawlessly and on time. From start to finish Cherry was there, she also surprised us with some beautiful cabin decor for our next home in the mountains. We can’t say enough about the Cherry’s professionalism and dedication to get the job done.

I highly recommend Cherry. I worked with her via email and phone from out of state. Cherry is a very pleasant and honest woman to work with. She helped us every step of the way and I mean every step. After doing a thorough inspection of everything she made a list of what needed to be done. She helped in making suggestions for flooring by going to Home Depot and taking pictures, finding various contractors for installation, and repairs, and arranged a deep cleaning of the entire place. She went above and beyond in helping us from afar. Our condo sold and closed in 62 days. Cherry was an absolute Godsend! Thank you Cherry.

First, I need to disclose to the world that I'm not always easy to please. I have extremely high expectations and tend to over research everything to the point of usually annoying people who haven't dealt with me before. I have no doubt that God sent me Cherry to help me sell my parents' home; I had called to hire her husband to do some painting for me and Cherry answered that call. As they say, the rest is history. My experience with Cherry has been so awesome that it's difficult to put into words. We prayed together for not just any buyer, but the perfect buyer. The very first showing resulted in a contract with that perfect buyer and the sale closed last Friday. She took amazing pictures, gladly accepted all of my input (which even included my own draft version of the MLS description), remained constantly available to answer my many questions day or night, gave wonderful suggestions to assist with staging, provided her expertise and advice on numerous occasions, and I could go on and on and on. As a Seller, I would highly recommend Cherry to be your Listing Agent. If I were a Buyer, I would definitely hire her to be my Buyer's Agent. She is wonderful to work with and knows the market inside and out. She is patient, understanding and most kind. I have NEVER had a more stress-free experience working with a Realtor - and I've bought and sold numerous homes before meeting Cherry!

As a first time homebuyer, I have heard nothing but horror stories from friends and family leading up to my initial search for a new home. Cherry made this process so easy and simple that I feel bad for all of the others that had bad experiences with their realtors and home buying processes. We were fortunate to have Cherry Norris help us sell my mother’s house this Spring, 2020. We live out of state and so were very dependent on good service and communication. Cherry was quick to answer texts and emails and phone calls. This was so comforting and helpful in getting changes made on a timely basis.

Even though she was a new agent, she knew the going prices and what buyers were looking for in the area.
She made good suggestions for making improvements and even researched items from which we could choose. Cherry communicated with pictures from Lowes and Home Depot. She helped us get the house painted, new flooring, countertop and a ceiling light and fan installed and her team did some light landscaping.

The timing of the sale was especially stressful and trying for all of us during the COVID-19 shutdown of states. We planned to drive down to move belongings out and help clean it out. Cherry went above and beyond what one would expect. She and her team cleaned out and prepared the house for the new buyers. Cherry herself packed many items we asked her to save for our family. Her team then delivered three loads of items to charity and move our saved ones to a storage unit.

I’m sure it was challenging and frustrating for her at times since we could not come to help with the house and with the amount of work to be done, but Cherry was always upbeat, pleasant, positive and patient during the entire time getting the house ready to sell, the showing and sale.

We truly were blessed to have her help.
We would highly recommend Cherry as your real estate agent.
