She consistently finds opportunities of volunteerism and has served as the Butler County Board of Realtor Vice President and President, and was honored as Broker of the Year for 2 years, chosen by her peers.

Cheryl and her husband Matt, have invested in rental property for over 20 years, giving her first hand knowledge of real estate investment transactions and setting the foundation for Cheryl’s career as a REALTOR®. Working with clients on a daily basis, for ten years, she developed the expertise, knowledge and understanding needed to deliver superior service.

A native Kansan and avid reader, Cheryl and her husband Matt have 4 children and 5 grandchildren that delight their lives. "I love my job!" is a reality, not just a statement for Cheryl.
