Five stars is not enough. There should be some bonus stars or something. Cheryl was there for us every step of the way. Not only did she help us find a house that we could afford, she most importantly helped us find a house that we can now make our own home. For that, we are forever grateful. Thank you so much Cheryl for putting in the time and effort to make that dream a reality for us!

I cannot say enough good things about Cheryl. She is the most professional, patient. competent, organized, and knowledgeable realtor I have ever worked with. She goes above and beyond what is required to provide her clients a successful outcome. She has charisma and such a great personality, you feel like you’ve known her forever. if I had been a realtor, I would have dumped us early on. We didn’t really know what we wanted, and made her show us way too many houses before she guided us to crystallize our actual needs regarding our forever home. We are thrilled with our purchase, and this is all thanks to Cheryl. She invests enormous time and effort to each client’s search and we appreciate all she did to facilitate ours.

Every real estate agent thinks he/she is the best but Cheryl really is the ABSOLUTE BEST!! She is a real estate agent extraordinaire!! She is organized, honest, knowledgeable and professional. Cheryl worked tirelessly and went over and above to find us just the right place. It was a little overwhelming being out of state with little time for showings, but Cheryl previewed homes and made it easy. She stayed in constant communication with us as what we were looking for continued to evolve. If you want the best real estate agent available I highly recommend Cheryl!

Cheryl is, by far, simply the BEST realtor I have ever dealt with. And I have dealt with quite a few.

My bride and I were selling our home by ourselves (in the current market and with my business and marketing background we were confident we could so do). We listed the home on Zillow to ensure we attracted the most buyers. Cheryl was the seller agent for the couple that ultimately purchased our home. Literally the day I listed it I got a call. She was professional, thorough, competent and most importantly a great communicator who is detail oriented. I knew she was good when she took the buyers on a tour of the home (while I was waiting in the garage) and I overheard her noticing and explaining the importance of the french drains that I had installed. Wait, what? A realtor who knows about water runoff and erosion? One who is so thorough that she walks every square inch of the property, focusing on the good and the bad? I was immediately more than impressed.

As we went through negotiations Cheryl was efficient in communicating the offer and my counter (the only delay we had was based on the seller). She represented her buyer without going overboard, always weighing both sides. This was a buyer who she had been working with for months and they had seen a lot of homes. Through this she had become friends with the buyers, as I expects she does with all of her clients. She also was very patient and a great asset to us sellers since we haven't sold a home in a while (and while we had purchased two previous homes without a buyers agent, we had never sold one on our own). Again, she couldn't have been more diligent in communicating with us and more importantly sharing her knowledge. The overall process couldn't have gone easier and it was simply a pleasure to deal with her.

Based on how great Cheryl was we hired her to assist us with buying our next home. At the last minute we found one we were interested in and needed to act quickly so I called the night before to let her know we needed her and we scheduled a visit. She dropped everything, met us early the next morning, shared detailed research she had put together and we quickly made an offer and bought our dream home. Again, she proved invaluable and could not have made it any easier. I mean, what realtor reaches out (proactively), every couple of days, to keep you apprised every step of the way. She was on top of everything the whole way through!

On top of everything else Cheryl is a wonderful person.

Bottom line, I cannot recommend a real estate professional any higher than I can Cheryl. For all future real estate transactions we will ONLY be using her; she is the best!

I truly cannot say enough amazing things about Cheryl. She did such an incredible job helping us buy our forever home. We toured so many properties and her patience was unwavering. She listened to our thoughts and concerns and would guide us on houses to see or houses that may not fit our needs. She created a bond with our 10 month old son who now breaks out into a huge smile when he sees her.
Truly, truly, truly cannot say enough about her. She's incredible. If you don't use her as a realtor you are absolutely missing out.
