Cheryl Chadwick

Cheryl Chadwick loves her job of helping clients find their dream homes! Cheryl has called Naples home for over 20 years, originally coming from Pennsylvania. She has held positions as an accounting manager, contract manager for a builder, assistant manager for a design studio, and as a web-based sales manager. She worked for 8 years with Centex Homes. While there, Cheryl was awarded the Humanitarian Award from Centex Homes for working with children with autism. During her time at Centex Homes, Cheryl learned a lot about the home-building process and about developments in Naples. This experience gives a unique perspective of what is involved in building a home – from the process to materials to most practical options and structural changes, down to the emotion involved in the process. This knowledge allows Cheryl to facilitate her new-home clients’ needs and make the experience a smooth one!

Cheryl has been a licensed realtor for over 15 years and enjoys working with clients to their individualized needs to help them find their perfect home – be it a single-family home or condominium, from beachfront to resort style and everything in-between. Forming relationships and having a clear understanding of the client’s needs, well beyond the number of bedrooms and price range, is key to having so many clients! Cheryl has met so many great people who she now calls friends!

In addition to delving deep into the Naples real estate market as a realtor, Cheryl and her husband have made many investments in the Naples area. Cheryl is highly knowledgeable of the Naples real estate market. She is fortunate to be raising her children in paradise!
