The property I sold through Cheryl belonged to my mom who passed away last December. After talking with the estate attorney and tax accountant who handled my mom's estate, they both highly recommended that I contact Cheryl to sell the property. I usually don't follow the recommendations of people who I don't really know, but in this case I decided to give it a try. Since I live in Minnesota and the property was in California, I didn't know anyone, so I figured what the heck. I can't tell you how fortunate I am that I decided to follow their recommendation.. It was by far the most positive experience that I've had buying or selling a house, car, etc. . From the get go, I could tell that she was highly professional, experienced and just a genuinely nice person. In our first meeting, she told me that she would take care of everything. Looking back at the process, she did exactly that. The final sale price was right where she said it would be, the sale went through without any issues and she kept me updated throughout the whole process. I rarely had questions, but when I did, she always answered them promptly - usually within a few hours (sometimes within minutes!). Trying to sell your mom's house from 1500 miles away isn't the easiest thing to do, but Cheryl made it seem simple. I would highly recommend Cheryl and her team for any real estate needs. -- Greg M

Cheryl went above and beyond the call of duty. This was a bit of a difficult transaction as it is a 1901 Craftsman home. Add to the fact the home is 114 years old the sellers agent was a little less than helpful. Thanks to Cheryl's professionalism and persistence we were able to get all the information we needed in order to successfully close the transaction and are now the proud owners of a beautiful Craftsman. (we also needed a bit of hand holding in the process and she was always responsive and graceful in her dealings with us) I would recommend her. -- Kevin S

I have a marketing background and I'm at a loss for words when it comes to Cheryl Coleman. All I can say is, if you need a miracle buying or selling a home, Cheryl can make it happen. She not only sold my house despite every possible obstacle, but she always, always, kept a professional and positive attitude helping me stay as stress-free as possible during the entire process. Cheryl was great to work with on the selling of my condo and kept me involved during each step of the selling process. She provided a one-stop service for selling the property that included getting the property ready for sale (e.g., painting, carpet replacement, kitchen cabinet hardware replacement, and other repair work) and staging the property for a quick sale.
