Professional, dedicated, and customer-oriented. Also, the rebate she gave for new construction is a thing that you don't want to miss. I would definitely work with her again in the future.

With the market roaring as it has been, I knew I had a good chance of selling my house in a few days and didn't want to pay the full 3% commission for a Seller's agent. All I really needed was a MLS and other real estate listings, a sign and lock box, and expert help with offers and contracts. A friend had recently used Crawford Realty to sell their house and had a great experience. So I contacted Cheryl Crawford and I, too, had a fantastic experience. She charged a flat, low fee and was very knowledgeable, helpful and responsive. My house received 2 offers in two days and she guided me and negotiated with both buyer's agents. I would use Crawford Realty again in a moment!

We were lucky to find Cheryl through an Internet search. She provided exactly the services we needed in Selling our home. In these days of Covid precautions our face to face contact was minimal. But she kept me appraised of every development during the Listing. She helped successfully negotiate the sales price and guided the deal through its completion. We went from listing to closing in less than 5 weeks. I had expected it to take much longer. We utilized her fixed price listing offer and saved a lot of money without sacrificing service in any way. I would whole heartedly recommend her. She did a great job for us.

My husband and I recently sold a rental property in Austin through Cheryl, and we were pleasantly surprised at the level of service we received from her. We have used discount (flat fee) brokers in the past several times, and they always made it clear up front that they only provided the listing on MLS and (in some cases) advice on offers, but everything else was up to us to manage. Cheryl provided what we would consider full-service brokerage assistance at a small fraction of the price.

She was very responsive and helpful at all stage of the process. She quickly provided us with market comps at the beginning so that we could decide on a price ourselves, which ended up being considerably higher than that recommended by the first broker we interviewed (who was full-service, 3%, and didn't even bother looking at comps before recommending a ridiculously lowball price to us). All in all, we ended up pocketing a lot more from our sale than we would have if we'd gone the original route. Thank you, Cheryl!

Cheryl has been my agent on 3 different properties. She has saved me thousands of dollars in real estate commissions. I highly recommend her. I don’t know why anyone would use anyone else. Other agents charge way too much in fees. Cheryl will work with you on the fees and services. She will save you thousands of dollars. I would not use anyone else. She is the best.
