As first time homebuyers, jumping into this market was scary. It was time for our family though, we’ve grown a lot in the past few years and we were ready to start investing in ourselves instead of throwing money away for rent. We weren’t sure what to expect, but we knew we needed someone we could trust and that person was CJ.

She was always transparent with us from day 1 and made sure we were 100% educated and empowered when making such a life changing decision. We had a few let downs, but that’s to be expected in this market. CJ always found a way to keep us calm through the whole process and helped us keep the hope alive when we started to feel discouraged.

Finally after a few offers not being accepted, we found our next home and closed just last week. We thought the hardest part would be getting our offer accepted, but we started to come across some obstacles getting to the closing table. Down the the wire, CJ kept us encouraged and helped us ask the right questions.

If you are looking to find a new home in this market, you’re going to need an agent that will have your back always. We 1000% recommend CJ! Her and her team will get the job done!

Cheryl Cruz provided me with exemplary service. She is highly skilled at her craft; she always answered my questions and took the time to explain things that I did not understand. I learned so much throughout this process and she kept me informed every step of the way. She was always responsive, which made me feel like her only client. Her patience and professionalism is impeccable. There were times where I became frustrated, changed my mind (several times) and was simply picky, but she never seemed bothered. This was not an easy time to purchase a home, but Ms. Cruz remained positive, supportive and encouraging throughout the entire process. I will always refer family and friends to Ms. Cruz and will definitely use her when I purchase my next property.

If you’re looking for a realtor who isn’t all about the money and wants what’s best for her clients, look no further. We came to CJ unsure of what direction to go and unsure if we would even get approved. As soon as we made contact with CJ, we were approved through a lender she recommended and started our journey into home owning. We were immediately asked what particulars we wanted in a home and what price range did we wish to stay in. CJ sent us houses immediately. We began looking for houses. No matter what time of day it was CJ made herself available and we were viewing houses as late as 10pm. We ran into several obstacles and she encouraged us to stay positive. . After thee months of hard work and dedication we found our home and closed with CJ right by our side. If you want transparency, dedication, and love, CJ is it.
