Cheryl Davis

Cheryl moved to Santa Fe from Dallas in 1986. Her experience as a longtime resident and real estate broker has shown her that Santa Fe real estate is not only a place to live and enjoy life, but a big investment. She has experience in multi-million-dollar properties but deals in all price ranges. Whether it's a first-time buyer, second home buyer or seller, Cheryl guides her clients through the real estate process, a big responsibility, one that involves a great deal of trust. She is hard-working and intuitive; essential tools for completing a successful sale. Originally from Ohio, Cheryl studied art history at the University of Arkansas. She moved to Dallas where she became a radio and TV talent. She was a furniture and fabric designer with an architectural company and managed art galleries. She was the daughter of an interior designer and artist, so her flair and innate sense of design comes naturally. Her background has given her a deep respect for the history of traditional homes as well as an appreciation for new and developing neighborhoods. Cheryl never forgets that the source of her business is almost entirely of repeats and referrals, which means her clients' best interests are her best interests.
