Entrepreneurial by nature, Cheryl combined her love of technology and a newly obtained Broker license to start a firm focused on providing a quality real estate experience to the Bay Area tech community. Cheryl’s commitment to this mission was validated when she was designated as an exclusive real estate guest lecturer to both Hewlett Packard and Apple Computer. In 2005, Cheryl and her family relocated to Placer County and built their own home without subcontractors, a process that provided insights to the construction process that continues to be a great resource to her clients.

Outside of real estate, Cheryl enjoys hiking, golf, video chats with her two adult children and the occasional cook fest.
