Cheryl was everything and more that a good realtor should be. She helped us to recently sell our home in MA and purchase a home in NH. From our initial contact with her, even after the closings, she has gone above and beyond in handling (and explaining) all of the details of both transactions. She is professional, extremely knowledgeable, and well-connected. Cheryl is also compassionate, understanding, patient, and kind. We appreciate all that she has done for us and highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for someone that can trust, guide them through the process and get things done. She is one of the best in the business.

Cheryl recently helped us prepare to sell our home. She advised where to spend our time refreshing the home without going overboard. She was very organized in her approach and presented all offers in a timely and very structured way so we could decide what was best for our family.
