Along with being an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), I hold my Graduate of the Realtor’s Institute (GRI) Designation, held by less than 10% of all realtors, Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation, held by less than 2% of all realtors nationwide & I just recently received the E-Pro Designation & my certification on Short Sales/Foreclosure Resource. For 22 years I have consistently placed in the top percentage of all Coldwell Banker Agents in North America. My business is 90% referral based, so I must be doing something right.
