I used Cheryl as a first time homebuyer and was blown away by her level of expertise, dedication, and client relations. She was very fast in going above and beyond with everything I needed, was accommodating with this being my first home purchase, and was willing to take the time to explain everything I had questions about. From setting up viewings, putting us in touch with title services, negotiating with sellers, and preparing all required documents, Cheryl was always one or two steps ahead of where we needed her to be. If you want a realtor who is very knowledgeable in all areas but not an intimidating or pushy presence, Cheryl is the one for you. I will definitely be using her in the future and will recommend her to all friends and family.

Cheryl was extremely helpful throughout the entire home buying process. Cheryl was wonderful to work with while helping me sell my condo out of state. My place was under contract within about a week of being on the market. She is very professional and pays close attention to detail, staying on top of things throughout the whole process. Working with her reduced a lot of the anxiety associated with trying to sell a property from 1200 miles away. Whenever I couldn’t get someone local out to the condo to check on or take care of minor things, she did not hesitate to help. I absolutely recommend her and I would use her again if I were ever buying or selling in MD in the future!

Once again she amazed us. Its not everyday you buy a house. The process is scary, crazy and intimidating. Cheryl was a HUGE help with selling a house for us that was part of an estate. The house was not in the best shape and she knew just what to do to get it ready to sell. She was a pro at getting things done quickly and getting a fair price for the property! She went above and beyond with helping to get things done! She was compassionate as well, which was much appreciated, as we were dealing with estate matters as well as the grief from our loss. Would highly recommend Cheryl for your real estate needs!

I highly recommend Cheryl if you want your home sold fast and with the best service you could possible ask for from a real estate agent. We got our Bel Air townhouse sold in under a week for over asking price! With all her experience, she has amazing industry connections which is a HUGE perk for any buyer or seller.
