I am a rather sophisticated internet shopper and routinely ignore five star and one star reviews, in search of balanced considered reviews. To give Cheryl Gillespie anything less than five stars would be wrong and misleading. Cheryl surpassed my expectations every step f the way, and there are MANY steps along this path. Her knowledge of the area is impressive, surpassed only by her willingness to spend time and effort on behalf of her clients. She is one of the most impressive professionals I have ever dealt with. She made a rather stressful undertaking as easy as as I can imagine it to be. My recommendation is total and unreserved. If you are buying in the St Augustine (Ponte Vedra / Palm Coast) area choosing Cheryl to represent you will be one of your better decisions. Good Luck on the hunt.

Cheryl was highly recommended by friends when I started working with her in the summer of 2019. My plan was to take a look at a sampling of homes, go back home, and then buy in June, 2020. As we looked at homes during my initial visit, it became immediately obvious that Cheryl is an experienced professional with a vast knowledge of the area. She helped me narrow down my choices by listening to, as well as noticing, what I liked and disliked about each home we saw. From our first meeting to the final closing on the home, Cheryl was on top of every single detail. She sent me numerous links of homes to consider throughout the year, and frequently checked in with me to continue refining the search. Since I couldn't be present because of COVID-19 restrictions, Cheryl showed me the finalist homes via video chat so I could see them for myself. From the moment I made an initial offer, Cheryl made the offer-to-closing process a breeze by letting me know what was needed every step of the way via email, text and numerous phone calls. She was a step ahead of everything that needed to be done. I am very happy with the home I chose, and delighted that Cheryl was by my side the entire time. Cheryl is experienced, knowledgeable and superbly organized. She knows how to listen and understand what a client wants and doesn’t want, and remembers the client’s preferences. She’s also very personable and cordial. I highly recommend Cheryl to anyone looking for an excellent real estate professional!
