Hailing from Charleston, West Virginia, Cheryl, and her husband couldn’t resist the lure of the Florida lifestyle and in 2002 moved to Vero Beach to find their Sandcastle. Cheryl discovered her passion for real estate and began working for an exclusive Boutique Buyers Agency as an administration and transaction coordination. This led to her becoming a buyer’s agent working with clients on the Treasure Coast.

Cheryl is a dedicated and detail-oriented professional whose experiences in the legal & real estate worlds provides her and her clients a unique edge in their buying or selling experience. She is consistently a multi-million-dollar producer, assisting clients in all price ranges.

Cheryl is also the 2022 President for the Realtors® Association of Indian River County. She was recently inducted into the Florida Realtors® Honor Society and has earned her NAR C2EX endorsement. Cheryl has also served in 2021 as President-Elect and as Secretary/Treasurer for the Realtors® Association of Indian River County, and well as also having served on the MLS, the Professional Standards & Grievance Committees as well as the Board of Directors. She also is a volunteer and current Board Member for Little Birthday Angels, a local non-profit whose mission is to make homeless children feel special on “their” day.
